地球規模で機能する高度に体系化された資源循環プロセスを創り上げ、サーキュラーエコノミーの爆発的普及を実現する。

【経歴】
2015年に本田技研工業株式会社に入社し、駆動ユニットの研究開発に従事。2018年より電気自動車の開発に携わり、電動ドライブユニットの性能評価や要求仕様の検討、新型ユニットの立ち上げを経験。現在はBEV開発センターで次世代EVの充放電デバイスの開発を担当。2022年には、ホンダの新規事業創出プログラム「IGNITION」で応募総数99件中2件の最終選考を通過。現在、社外事業化するためのチームビルディングを進めています。

【事業内容詳細】
ReAxel Technologiesは、自動車のサーキュラーエコノミーにおける課題に革新的な技術で取り組んでいます。世界的な電炉へのシフトと、それに伴う自動車用鋼板の電炉製造ニーズに着目し、ロボティクス技術を駆使して高速かつ高品位な鉄スクラップの供給技術を開発中です。解体用ロボットは「sim to real」技術に基づき、コンピューター空間で数万世代の強化学習を通じて解体プロセスを実行します。私たちは、世界最大の資源循環拠点「ギガ・サーキュラー」の実現に向けて、各社とプロジェクトを推進しています。

また、使用済み電気自動車から取り外した駆動用モーターを高効率な産業用モーターへと転用する製品開発も同時進行中です。POC（概念実証）は完了し、現在は量産化に向けたサプライチェーンの構築を進め、エネルギー効率と資源循環を両立する新製品を市場に送り出す準備を整えています。

**Business Overview:**
We are a startup focused on advancing the circular economy within the automotive sector.

**Mission:**
To create sustainable resource recycling processes that drive global adoption of the circular economy.

**Background:**
Joined Honda in 2015, working on drive unit development. Since 2018, involved in electric vehicle development and new electric drive unit launches. Currently leading the development of next-generation EV charging devices. In 2022, advanced to the final round of Honda’s IGNITION business creation program.

**Business Focus:**
We are addressing key challenges in the automotive circular economy. With the shift to electric furnaces, we are developing robotics technology to efficiently supply high-quality scrap iron for automotive steel production. Our dismantling robots use reinforcement learning to optimize the process. We are also repurposing used EV motors into high-efficiency industrial motors, with mass production plans underway.
