元美容師で元音楽家。ソフトウェアエンジニアへ転身後、受託開発やパッケージ開発を経て有限会社アキュレートシステムを起業。その後、R&Dや海外プロダクトの日本展開など、技術者を支援しビジネスをスケールする BizDev の仕事や Developer Advocacy の仕事へシフトし、MKI(三井情報)では初のTechnical Evangelistとなる。その経験を活かし IBM では米国本社組織の Developer Advocate Team に所属し Tokyo Team の立ち上げをリード。 OutSystems では Lead Developer Community Advocate としてAPACのエンジニアコミュニティとアドボカシーを担当、 Datadog では Senior Developer Advocate として同じく APAC を担当し、現職に至る。2017年からMicrosoft MVP 。
著書に「はじめてのNode-RED」「Node-RED活用マニュアル」「Practical Node-RED Programming」「開発者マーケティング DevRel Q&A」「英語で広がる開発者のキャリア」など。

Taiji started his career as a musician, and a hairdresser. After becoming a software engineer, he established Accurate System with his various experiences. Then, he changed his career toward supporting engineers and developing new businesses, such as R&D and overseas product spreading on the Japan market, also became the MKI(Mitsui Knowledge Industry)'s first Technical Evangelist. After that he moved to IBM Global Team, and led to establish the Developer Advocate Tokyo Team. His previous work is also Developer Advocacy as Lead Developer Community Advocate for APAC at OutSystems, and Senior Developer Advocate at Datadog. He has been a Microsoft MVP since 2017.
